For the physical section you should take part in an activity which gives a greater physical fitness. It doesn’t matter how fit you are to begin with, giving it a go and getting better is all that is needed to complete this section.

From dance to rock climbing, almost any sport is accepted for this activity. You might already have this as a hobby or it might be completely new- it’s totally up to you!

In short, anything that requires a sustained level of physical energy and involves doing an activity.

You are free to do this section independently or as part of a team. Here are some ideas:

  • Dance

  • Extreme sports
  • Martial arts
  • Team sports
  • Individual sports
  • Water sports
  • Racquet sports
