HUGE shout out to Smith’s Wood students Ollie & Elliot who have been volunteering at the 237th Birmingham (1st Castle Bromwich) Scout Group, as part of their DofE and Outreach volunteer requirements.

Group Scout Leader Laura could not sing their praises enough, noting that the boys confidence had grown week on week.  During a recent Cubs sleepover, both excelled in their support, knowing what needed to be done and using their own initiative before being asked. Laura added that all Leaders were super proud of them and she has absolutely no reason to doubt they’ll smash their bronze DofE awards.
