On Thursday 15th May, SWA took 30 of our year 10 students to Aston University as part of the ‘Aspire to Aston programme’
These students were treated to a campus experience event where the students were shown around the university and spent time with university ambassadors asking questions about university life, subjects to study and where the students live. They also spent time in one of their many lecture theatres learning about higher education and student finance. The students had a great time and it was the perfect event to shine a light on what higher education really looks like and what a positive step this would be for our students in the future.
